🚫 Artificial damaged, worn, polluted or modified commodities do not support return and exchange services. Damaged packaging and missing original accessories will also lead to unqualified return applications.
🚫 Custom personalized customized commodities, specially processed products and exclusive tailored goods do not support unreasonable return without quality problems after production and completion.
🚫 Orders exceeding the valid after-sales return cycle will automatically lose return qualification. Users need to initiate applications within the specified time to ensure normal after-sales processing.
🚫 Return applications with false reasons, forged vouchers and inconsistent commodity information will be rejected. Users need to submit real and effective application materials.
🚫 Gift-only orders and free trial commodities without actual payment do not support independent return and refund services.
